FAQ Shipping

What are your shipping times?

Answer-Shipping times are normally 10-14 business days for most items, although a good majority of our items are shipped a lot sooner and arrive earlier than 10 business days. Items with longer shipping times will be stated on the product page. PRE ORDER Items can take up to 8 weeks to arrive in from the designer. Print on Demand items can take up to 21 business days to arrive.

What if my order has Pre-Orders in it with different shipping times?

Answer - your entire order will be held until ALL items are in hand. The only exception is if items are shipping out of an outside warehouse and not directly from us. 

Why did I receive two tracking number?

Answer-Some of our items are stored in outside warehouses and often you will receive two separate packages from two separate warehouses.

Where are these warehouses located?

Answer-We utilize warehousing services through the United States and Overseas.

What Countries do you ship to?

Answer- United States, Canada, Mexico, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Australia, and all of the UK

International Shipping Disclaimer 

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and canno
t give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

What happens if my package shows delivered but I didn't receive it?

Answer-Contact the shipping carrier to with your tracking number to ask for a location investigation. If after a few days it still has not arrived contact us at info@katsclosetapparelandbeauty.com and we will check tracking on our end.

What shipping services do you use?

Answer-Mostly USPS, but occasionally UPS. International packages will go either USPS International or UPS International
