Return/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags and be free of odors or hair. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

**Charlie's Project items are sold AS IS and no longer returnable or exchangeable. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hosiery, undergarments, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products, including software
  • ALL health and personal care items, including face covers and gaiters
  • Charlie's Project Items
  • Sales Final Items
  • User Error purchased items
  • Custom orders

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure you have your order number. Without your order number we have no way of tracking your order for return/exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or contact the manufacturer regarding. If you send the item back to the manufacturer or warehouse it shipped from your return will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.

Please do not just send back items without an RMA number and prior authorization. Items that are randomly sent back without any notice or acknowledgement of being sent back will be charged a $20 administrative fee on top of a re-stocking fee. 

Shipping fees on original order are not eligible to be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping fees associated with sending the item back. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any item that was previously worn or washed. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or manufactured flaw. Our policy is to be notified via email at the below email address, with pictures, and as much information as possible regarding a defect, damage, or flaw. If your item fits the above, and you'd like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at . Please keep in mind that leggings are custom designed and may not be available upon your request for exchange. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to find you the same size and style. If we can not, then we will issue a full refund on that item or exchange it for another similar item of your choice.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit/certificate for the value of your return at the current price when your return was received. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you either by USPS mail or electronically.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. All refunds will be given to the original payment of purchase.

Once your form is processed we will issue the address where to send your item(s)

For defective items we will send an email to the email on the order with a shipping label. Please package item up, in original package if possible, seal it, put the label on and simply drop it at your local post office. We will be notified once the package starts tracking back to us. .

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary. Due to weather, COVID-19, and staff shortages so packages may take an extended time to go back and forth. Please be patient. You will get a new tracking number when your exchange is re-sent to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Charge backs for received items or false reporting of non delivered items will be reported to the authorities. You will forfeit your refund 100% if Shopify, PayPal, Amazon, or Sezzle side with us due to illegal and false charge back. False charge backs are illegal.
